As a participating member of the Partners in Injury Reduction (PIR) program, our entire organization from management, permanent or part-time employees, to subcontractors and third party service providers are responsible and accountable for the safety performance of the company. Our goal is to provide an injury free workplace for everyone. We are dedicated to developing, implementing and maintaining our safety program to ensure protection of our employees, property and environment. We are committed to providing high quality workmanship and value by integrating and supporting our quality control program and maintaining solid customer relationships.

Company History

Reward Oilfield Services Ltd. was founded in January 2004 with the merger of two service providers to service the needs of our customers. Reward has expanded our scope of work with the dedication of our team; Reward Oilfield Services Ltd has become a leader in our industry.

With the industry growing as rapidly as it has, Reward Oilfield Services Ltd has gone through some major expansion by updating equipment, keeping current with industry standards & providing personal development training for all our employees, keeping them united and motivated.

In March of 2009, DMV Welding merged with Reward Oilfield Services Ltd to form one new company which currently operates under the same name of Reward Oilfield Services Ltd. This merger introduces an 11,000 square foot Custom Steel Fabrication Shop, a complete machining and repair shop and an industrial sandblasting and painting division. Through the dedication and experience of the project foreman, tradesmen, labourers and office personnel, Reward Oilfield Services Ltd has become a major service provider in the oilfield.
